Panoramic tour of the city, passing by the most important highlights such as the Parliament and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Panathinaikon Stadium (site of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896), the Adrian’s Ach, the temple of Olympius Zeus, the Academy, University and National Library.
Continue with a visit to the new Acropolis museum, a marvel of architecture with a full exhibition of the glory of Ancient Athens,including the sculptures of Parthenon.
Then walk to Plaka, the oldest and most picturesque part of Athens with narrow pedestrian streets, many shops, galleries restaurants and cafes.
Lunch at local restaurant where you will have the chance to taste traditional greek dishes.
Return to Piraeus port for embarkation on the cruise ship
